Having worked in the pharmaceutical industry in Germany, I realized early on that Healing has a completely different meaning for me than "subdued symptoms". And having been a hedge witch in many of my previous life times, (the name folks gave people passionate and wise in herbal lore and healing), I fortunately remembered a lot of details. It was easy to choose this path again, especially since we can in these times without too much harassment. After experiencing and surviving a life-altering loss and seeing so many people in recent years so angry and hurt I said, "we need to get black rocks out to everybody:)"
So I started this business with the goal of providing high-quality, natural crystals, rocks etc at fair prices.
Striving to provide 'spiritually healing' and esthetically pleasing products in hopes they will promote self-care and provide happiness, peace, and a stress-free environment to all.
Holistic healing saved my life, after the loss of my daughter. The pain was too great and the loss too much, my body was shutting down, termed 'broken heart syndrome'.
The energy from rocks and crystals have been instrumental in helping me find a way, a reason, to live again.

In a Nut Shell:My husband and I created Springs Chocolate to bring a mix of healthy and delicious fine artisan chocolate bars to Hot Springs. We use only the finest dark, milk, and white chocolates and carry a variety of bars, containing dried fruit, nuts, cookies, candy, chia seeds and flaxseed, etc. We do also have sugar free bars.

Springs Chocolate, created by Nikki and Tad Appenzeller, located inside the Old Bank Makers Market and now also available for purchase at The Kitchen Ink, makes many different kinds of chocolate bars, from health nut and sugar free options to one that we call the Cookie Monster (white chocolate bar colored bright blue with a mixture of chips ahoy, nutter butter, and Oreos!) There are strawberries and cream, chocolate covered strawberries and cream, cookies n cream, go nuts (white and dark chocolate bars packed full of all kinds of nuts), strawberry crunch, strawberry banana, the Hangover Cure (white and dark chocolate bars with a mixture of nuts and banana to get your potassium and protein boost), dark chocolate espresso ganache, pumpkin spice ganache, crispy peanut butter, wake me up b4 you go go (energy bar containing oatmeal, n&m candy, peanuts, peanut butter, chia seeds, and flaxseed), almond joy, unicorn bars (white chocolate colored pink with sprinkles and marshmallows), peanut butter brownie crunch, s’mores, “chip” off the ol block (wavy lays and dark chocolate), etc. We strive for excellence in every bar.

In a Nut Shell:My Trees of Stone are wire tree sculptures on a gemstone base. Each tree is unique and gemstones are intentionally paired to enhance the properties of the stones. I also make wire wrapped gemstone pendants that focus on the beauty of the stone.

Hello, my name is Valerie and I have combined my love of trees and gemstones to create Trees of Stone. I hand twist the wire for each tree I create so they are all unique and allowed to "grow" their own way. Some trees are just wire and others have gemstones to represent leaves or blossoms. Each tree has a gemstone base with exposed roots from the tree. The gemstones are selected to complement each other both aesthetically and energetically.
I also craft wire wrapped gemstone pendants with the stone as the center of attention. I work with a wide variety of gemstones that cover a rainbow of colors and vibrations.
My hope is to add some beauty and wellness into people's lives.
