Body Mind Spirit Day is an annual holistic health and wellness event founded in 2021 that has seen immense growth over the past few years. This year, event organizer Uschi Beck has rented out the Civic Center to accommodate 80 vendor booths and 1,900 guests for keynote presentations in the adjoining auditorium. "What started as a small gathering of mind-body practitioners has blossomed into a highly anticipated community event," said Uschi.
"I realized early on that organizing an event of this scale required an experienced team." To help coordinate Body Mind Spirit Day 2024, Uschi has assembled a skilled team of event planners, marketers, spirituality experts, and business managers.

With their combined knowledge and passion for the mind-body-spirit space, this team aims to create the best event yet.
This year's gathering promises even more inspiring keynotes, exhibitor booths showcasing holistic products and services, demonstrations, and opportunities for connection amongst all who attend.
Uschi says, "I cannot wait for everyone to see what we have created this year - our hard work will pay off with an uplifting and educational event for all."

The 2024 Body Mind Spirit Day takes place on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at the Civic Center in Helena. Tickets are available now.
