Melissa Scianna grew up in a magical world in rural New England surrounded a dense forest canopy and a new plant for her to discover at every turn. She spent her childhood mushroom hunting and gardening with her dad, and building stick and vine forts and making berry potions in the woods with the other feral children. On visits to her grandparents in Kansas, Melissa learned about wild gathering the most amazing plants with her Grandma Marlys and old-time plant breeding secrets from her Grandpa Jack who bred the most beautiful daylily and iris colors.
Melissa pursued her love of botanicals to obtain a degree in Horticulture from the University of Connecticut where she taught and met world-renowned plant breeding and horticulture experts. Then, she followed her heart to Montana, where the real adventures began! For over 30 years, Melissa has been exploring this wild and wonderful state and especially the high plains desert of south central Montana, where she lives. Thousands of hikes have taught her about the plants, the stones, the history and the creatures that live in this place she calls home.

Cupping lifts and relaxes the fasha from the muscle, additionally cupping removes toxins by increasing blood flow and increasing lymphatic circulation. Tuning fork therapy utilizes calibrated metal to apply specific healing vibrations for body point stimulation to release tension and support emotional balance. I have also integrated several modalities into my practice. To enhance the healing aspects of my work I’ve incorporated Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki®, energy work through crystal healing, and sound healing through Himalayan singing bowl. My world into holistic animal wellness started over 25 years ago when I discovered joint supplements for my horse. I worked with animals at the Houston Zoo, from zookeeper to senior supervisor. During my 25-year career at the zoo, I helped manage the care of over 1,000 domestic, livestock, wildlife, and exotic animals in the Children’s Zoo, including the amazing bug house. I loved bringing holistic animal care to the zoo and even arranged for my holistic vets to do acupuncture, chiropractic, laser therapy and more on the zoo animals, and this is still going on today.
I worked with a holistic veterinarian and started teaching my first animal communication and holistic animal care classes at her clinic in 2006. I’ve enjoyed all of the training I’ve attended over the years such as animal communication, equine/canine massage, medicine pony work, herbalism, aromatherapy, EFT, crystal therapy, akashic records and angelic work.
I moved from Texas to Livingston, Montana, to pursue my dream of living and teaching near Yellowstone. I’m honored to share the wisdom of animals and their quest to help humans through my book and on TV, radio shows, podcasts, magazines, and speaking at in person and online events.

My name is Krysten Bohlman, I am a Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massage Therapist who focuses on areas of discomfort or pain. Massage is a great way to help with pain from injury or physical trauma. I use a multitude of techniques and tools to help with pains or aches you may be experiencing. Cupping, gua sha stones, hot towel therapy and trigger point therapy are some of the tools and techniques that I utilize. I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge, and with massage it is no different. I love teaching my clients about the different types of massage and about the techniques that I use to get the best results possible. Massage has been a part of my life since I was 16. When I had a terrible hip injury that made it hard for me to walk and participate in activities, I decided to try Massage. I credit Massage as what got me well enough to live my life again, and I am so excited to be able to help others the same way it helped me. I graduated massage school in 2021 and have been helping people since. I know how daunting and difficult injury and pain can be, which is why I am so passionate about massage and the therapeutic effects it has. Learning has always been something that I am passionate about, and with Massage it is no different. I enjoy teaching my clients about the techniques that I use and about the anatomy, so that they are more empowered and understand more about massage and themselves.
