All volunteers will go home with a keepsake from our show and the undying gratitude of the Body Mind Spirit organizers.
The shifts are an average of three hours for each volunteer unless you would like to sign up for two shifts throughout the day.
Your help to volunteer ensure that the Body Mind Spirit Day is a success, and you will have have fun at the same time.
