Volunteer Opportunities:

Body Mind Spirit Health & Wellness Expo
Volunteer Opportunities Date: October 19, 2024
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers for the following positions:

1 Parking Lot Attendants:

• 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

3 Auditorium Ushers:
Evening Session (5:00 PM - 8:30 PM) 
Featured Speaker: Kathleen Johns Medium connecting with souls who have left their physical bodies
Note: All ushers will receive specific instructions from Civic Center management on the day of the event.


2 Welcome Desk Attendants:
Duties: Collect entrance fee, assist with wristbands,
distribute early bird gift bags and welcome bags.
Duty: Track visitor attendance using a counter clicker.

• 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM (2 volunteers)
• 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM (1 volunteers)

Volunteer Benefits:

• Free entrance to vendor expo.
• Expo Gift Bag filled with vendor donations.
  
• All volunteers are invited to come and mingle at the "Meet & Greet": Date: October 18, 2024 Time: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Location: Healers Conference/Collaboration at the Lewis & Clark Library , 120 Last Chance Gulch, Helena MT
