Body Mind Spirit Health & Wellness Expo
Volunteer Opportunities Date: October 19, 2024
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers for the following positions:

6 Parking Lot Attendants:

• 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (2 volunteers)
• 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM (2 volunteers)

24 Auditorium Ushers:

1. Morning Session (9:30 AM - 1:00 PM) • 8 volunteers needed • Featured Speaker: Dawna Campbell, "The Mind Whisperer" Renowned speaker and author specializing in mindset transformation
2. Afternoon Session (1:00 PM - 4:30 PM) • 8 volunteers needed • Featured Speaker: Lana Nelson Presenting "The Food Codes": Guilt-free eating for life
3. Evening Session (4:30 PM - 8:30 PM) • 8 volunteers needed • Featured Speaker: Kathleen Johns Medium connecting with souls who have left their physical bodies

Note: All ushers will receive specific instructions from Civic Center management on the day of the event.


6 Welcome Desk Attendants:
Duties: Collect entrance fee, assist with wristbands,
distribute early bird gift bags and welcome bags.

• 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM (2 volunteers)
• 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM (2 volunteers)

2  Vendor Show Visitor Counter:
Duty: Track visitor attendance using a counter clicker.

• 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (1 volunteer)
• 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM (1 volunteer)

We're seeking multiple volunteers to: SHARE, SHARE, SHARE!

• Share our posts to fb groups you are a member of and tag us!
• Interact with our multimedia community, give likes, and tag friends.
• Tailor promotional content to resonate with local audiences in your area
