Join us for a meet-and-greet prior to the Body Mind Spirit Health & Wellness Expo. This event provides an opportunity for vendors to connect with one another, as the expo day focuses primarily on public engagement, leaving limited time for vendor interactions. Please note that there will be no food or refreshments provided during this gathering. This complimentary event is organized by Lauren Rae Bleck and will take place in the historic district of Helena at the Lewis & Clark Library, located at 120 S Last Chance Gulch. - Early-bird gift bag assembly for YouTube interviewers must be before setting up booths.
- All vendors are encouraged to contribute items for our 10 volunteer gift bags to show appreciation for their support, please mark your item/s with your name or business card.

Please locate your booth and booth number independently. A list of all vendor names, booth numbers, and expo layout is available on our website. [Click here for website.] Your table will be marked with your designated booth number.
Your booth boundaries will clearly be marked with red tape on the floor.
Walkway width and emergency exit access will be enforced.
Your Booth Includes:
- One 8ft table (unless you have reserved two)
- Two chairs
Your Booth Does NOT Include:
- Pipe drape (back wall) – This option not available.
- Tablecloth – We encourage you to bring your own table skirts and tablecloths to cover the table down to the floor.
Please Bring:
- Extension cords
- NO duct tape. - The Civic Center will assist by using special gaff tape to secure all extension cords to the floor.
- Tablecloth
Electricity Options:
Electric outlets are located along the wall and on every pillar. For booths in the two middle rows, please bring extension cords. (See pictures below) The Civic Center will assist by using special gaff tape to secure all extension cords to the floor.

Air Freshener Guidelines:
Natural essential oils and pump spray diffusers are permitted
- NO aerosol products and spray cans
- NO candles or flames

We have approximately 40 black tablecloths available. Please let us know if you would like to use one. These tablecloths are property of the Civic Center and must remain on the table after the event.
Booths with Back Wall:
The back wall features short hair carpet, allowing for the use of small nails to hang signs or pictures.
Sound Guidelines:
Vendors utilizing musical instruments, sound bowls, or any loud vocalizations are kindly requested to keep sound levels within their booth to ensure a pleasant environment for all participants. Please be mindful of neighboring vendors and avoid excessive noise.
