The Expo will be held on October 19, 2024

Are dogs allowed at the venue?

No, pets are not permitted inside the expo venue, with the exception of service animals.

Will there be food available for purchase?

Yes, a variety of food vendors and concession stands will be on-site

Can I bring my own picnic?

Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted. Unless you require a strict diet.

Is the venue wheelchair/stroller accessible?

Yes, the entire venue is wheelchair and stroller accessible.

Can I record the presentations?

No, audio and video recording of the speaker presentations are not permitted.

Will there be opportunities to meet/get autographs from speaker celebrity guests?

Yes, all speakers have a booth at the vendor show

Can I book a 20 min. session at a vendor/exhibitor booth ahead of time?

Yes, AM only. Book reader/energy healing sessions in advance to guarantee a spot. On-site, first-come, first-served scheduling will also be available, but popular sessions may fill up.

Will there be public WiFi available at the venue?

Yes, access and password will be posted at the entrance.
